Dia Del Los Muertos

  thumbnailCAVGLYWW

Hola Bienvenidos a todos! Ok well I hope I spelled that right cause my Spanish isn’t the greatest!

Welcome to the Dia Del los Muertos/ A celebration of life blog hop!  If you just came from Karla's blog you are in the right place, if not you can go back and start from the beginning  with one of our very talented Hostesses Abby you don’t want to miss out on any of the amazing blogs!

Ok now on to my project! I knew right away what I was going to make for this hop, what better way to celebrate life than with a wedding…

009blog picture 2

This is a close up of the bride and Groom I drew the faces on myself

blog close up

After gluing her together her dress seemed so plain, so I had an old dress that had this beautiful material on it, I cut it and sewed it on top to make it crinkle. I think it gave it more definition.

Materials used:

  • Simply charmed Cartridge
  • Paper doll dress up
  • Ravenhead Manor Paper stack
  • Autumn Splendor paper stack ( for red glitter paper)
  • fabric and needle/thread
  • Sakura 3d crystal lacquer to make grooms hair and shoes shiny
  • Martha Stewart Markers to draw the faces

Did I mention the awesome grand prize? One lucky winner will win all this!! So make sure to hop to every blog and leave a comment!

hop grand prize

OH!!! I am giving away a little something to one lucky person; an  I-rock!

Product1241w450MAR

How awesome is that? All you have to do to win is to:

  1. Become a Follower
  2. Leave a comment on this post

I will be picking a winner and post it on my blog Friday so be sure to check back!!

Thanks for hopping by now on to the next blog….

tn Lots of Cricut Love,

Erika
