Finally some cards!!

Hello there crafty people!! I am so excited now that I have all my (well most) of my crafty stuff unpacked and in place in my little space I got to make some cards! I didn't realize how much I missed it until I got started. Oh how I missed you crafty stuff lol!!

Ok so for my project today I made a little mini set of cards using some Peachy Keen Stamps and my stamp set "Smile On". With school starting soon I figured I would get a head start on my Teacher gifts lol, so with out further ado here they are.

I made 8 total but only 6 fit in the pic lol
Here are some of the individual cards and the inside sentiments

All the cards have a different sentiment from the "Smile On" set I love them they are so fun and cute! I also stamped the Happy Wishes Barcode on the backs of all the cards too!!  I can't wait to get back into my crafting groove where I can start posting everyday.

Also I have some awesome things coming up in the next month that I am so excited to share I just can't yet hehe, but maybe I'll throw a hint or two here and there ;)! Thanks for stopping by!!

Feeling crafty!! Quiet Book!

Hey there crafty peeps!!

It's been a while since I've posted any crafty projects on here so I am so excited to share this very special project with you all!!

Although I love making cards and paper crafts I still have so much of my crafting supplies packed in boxes so I decided to try my hand at sewing. I wanted to make my Preston a quiet book and I looked around for ideas and found this great website that had some patterns I decided to dive in head first and here is my first quiet book page!! EEk I'm so excited!!

Ok so here is page one of the quiet book!! Isn't this mailbox the cutest thing ever!! Not bad for a beginner huh hehe!! The little door opens and closes and has a snap to keep it closed and the little flag moves up and down too!!

Ok so here is what you will find inside!! These little letters were so fun to make but did take some time since I did it all by hand. I did make cut out the pattern for the stamp using my cricut and the gypsy wanderings cartrige as well as the star!! I love how they came out!
and of course inside the envelopes are little letters. I used some of my stamps Mosnter Kisses and Smile on to write sentiments on the letters!!! I only have two finished here but I am almost done with the third!

I am so proud of my first page it really did take some  time but it was worth the effort when my baby boy saw it and got excited!! He really loves his mailbox and getting little letters! I am already starting on page two I cant wait to share it with you all!! I should have it ready by tomorrow!! I can't tell you how happy I am to finally be posting again!! Thanks for stopping by!!

Sprouts Edition Tuesday #1

Hi Crafty Sprout Friends. Today we are kicking off a new feature, Sprouts Edition Tuesday, which means every Tuesday we will be showcasing one of the Crafty Sprout gals. To start off our series, Sandra has her baby shower invitations to share with us.

***************

For my project I made 30 baby shower invitations for my Princess themed baby shower coming up. I used 2 different Cricut cartridges to create these, Life's A Party and the Teresa Collins Sophisticated Cricut cartridges. I used my Gypsy to weld 2 onesie's together to create a shaped card. I put pink Stickles on all of the crowns and used an assortment of stamps from the "Rock That Baby Bump" stamp set.

Isn't that a super cute onesie invite. Make sure to visit our 365 Days of Cricut gal to see the rest of it.

Good Morning Crafty Sprout Friends. My wonderful teamie Carley is showcasing our Blog Hopping set with an uber cute soggie gal gabbing away. hehe.  Here's a little blurb from Carley but make sure you hop on over to her blog to read about the special meaning behind this cutie.

***************

Hey Y'all! Carley here from Crafty Carley! We've been celebrating Crafty Sprout stamps and they are all super cute right, but I got to showcase "Let's Go Blog Hopping". I love this set because there is so much that you can do with it! I chose to make a card for a very dear friend of mine who has helped me with all I have been going through. I chose to use a super cute digi stamp from Some Odd Girl. I chose the sentiment "So happy to have a blog buddy like you!" because this cute digi is on the phone and since this great friend of mine is like a million miles away we talk on the phone ALOT!!!!

So I hope you like this cute card that I made and I hope that you purchase some of these cute stamp sets we've been and will be showing.

Have a Fabulous Day!
***************

This is such a great set!! You know I was going to say that. Lol. But it really is because there aren't many sets geared towards Bloggy Friends or Bloggy Events. The great thing about this set is that it can also be altered to be used for non-bloggy friends. It's a defenite must for your collection and the collection of a crafty friend. Make sure you hop on over to the Crafty Sprouts Shop to buy yours today and to check out all the other sets.

***************

Good morning my beautiful friends! Zeni here from Scrappy Zeni featuring the Smile On stamp set from Crafty Sprouts.  One thing that I love about this set is that you can make so many happy things with it, whether it's a layout, card or as I've done here an altered frame.  I used some patterned cardstock, glued it and glossed with with mod podge to a plain frame and embellished.  Easy peasy!!!  The stamp set is great to use with pictures and I thought they would make great Christmas gifts.  These were gifts that I made for my best friend and my mother in law.  They both loved them!  Please forgive me for the bad pictures... I had issues with lighting on this day.  Hope you all have a great day!! ~Zeni
