FIF # 8 Give A Hoot

Hi Everyone! I hope you are having a great start to your Friday morning!! Speaking of Friday are you ready for another Flaunt it Friday Challenge?!

This week we are flaunting the really cute Give a Hoot Cartridge and the choice cut is the Bear in the trash can on page 61 ! OMG I had to have this one when it first came out but I think I only used it a few times, how sad lol! I am so glad I was able to pull it out again because it has some really cute cuts on it!

Here is my project:

It is a paper scraps box, to recycle ( yeah it had to match my scrap room and blog lol)

FIF

I figured since the cartridge was all about the earth and recycling this would be very fitting and functional because I have a HUGE stack of scrap paper and instead of just throwing it away we could put it in this box and reuse them!

Materials used:

  • Give a hoot cartridge
  • Plantin School book cartridge ( your scraps)
  • Kate’s Kitchen Imagine cartridge for all the patterned paper
  • Imagine
  • medium sized cardboard box
  • brown paper roll ( to wrap around the box)
  • Mod podge

Let me just tell you this took more Mod Podge than I have ever used on anything before whew!!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will join us this week, I am looking forward to all your beautiful creations!
